The team at Naxos Construction are committed to providing an industry leading customer service program for all current & previous clients.
Current
• As a valued Naxos Construction client, you are kept up to date with the progress of your project via fortnightly site meetings with your dedicated Project Manager. We also add photo updates on our Facebook page for clients who are unable to visit the site on a weekly basis!
• Our Project Manager will be your one point of call from the commencement of your design work/construction, right through to handing over the keys to your new project upon completion. Any questions that you may have throughout the design or construction process, your Project Manager will be able to assist.
• Construction of your project will be carefully supervised under the watchful eye of our Head Construction Manager. With 40 years experience under his belt, your project is in safe hands.
• Prior to the handover of your new project, your Project Manager will run through a stringent 65-point 'Pre-Handover' checklist.
• Upon handover, your Project Manager will issue you with your comprehensive Hand-Over Kit, which includes valuable information for the upkeep and maintenance of your new home or investment.
Previous Clients
• We are committed to forming lasting relationships with all our previous clients, so we have launched our Completed Project Maintenance Program.
• All new homes & investment projects completed by Naxos Construction come with a 13 week post handover maintenance period for peace of mind. If you have any maintenance concerns over the 13 week period, please fill in the form below and we will be in contact with you within 24 hours.
